Refund Policy
Purchases for Podcast Insider subscriptions are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns on our behalf.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.
Refund Requests
If you believe you’ve been charged in error or are dissatisfied with the service, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to be fair and reasonable.

Refund Limitations
  • Refunds will not be granted for partial months or unused time.
  • We do not typically refund users who have received significant value from the service (e.g. multiple podcast summaries).
  • Repeat refund requests from the same customer may be denied.
