2. Our Service

Podcast Insider provides AI-powered podcast summaries delivered via email or dashboard to subscribers. You must create an account to access our services. All features and usage limits are outlined in your chosen plan.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees are billed in GBP and include VAT unless stated.
We use Paddle as our payment processor. You can view their terms at paddle.com/legal.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually unless cancelled.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel at any time via your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rata refunds, but contact us if you believe there's been an error.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Resell summaries or content.

Use summaries to train AI models or databases.

Misuse or attempt to reverse engineer the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating this policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, summaries, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or republish without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our liability to you will not exceed one month’s subscription fee.
